How to cancel Bumble
Bumble Premium or Boost is cancelled where you paid: in the App Store or Google Play for most people, or under Manage your subscription for card and PayPal payments. Deleting the app or the account doesn't stop it.
Checked in October 2026 against Bumble’s own help pages. Bumble typically costs about €16.99 a month (€203.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Paid by card or PayPal on the web: sign in at bumble.com, click your profile picture → Settings → Manage your subscription, and cancel.
- Paid by card, PayPal or Apple Pay in the app: tap your profile icon → Subscription details → Manage your subscription, and cancel.
- Paid by phone bill (SMS): follow the cancellation instructions in the text you got when you subscribed — some carriers need a STOP message.

Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the Bumble app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Bumble, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Bumble, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
Billed by someone else — phone carriers (SMS billing)? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Bumble can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.
What happens after you cancel
Your Premium or Boost perks last until the end of the period you've paid for; the subscription then doesn't renew.
Refunds
Bumble says purchases made in the app are non-refundable under its terms. App Store and Google Play purchases can only be refunded by Apple or Google, and a refund they approve can end your access immediately.
Watch out for
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, or the next period is charged.
- Deleting your Bumble account or the app does not cancel the subscription.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Bumble in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
