How to cancel Uber One

Uber One is ended in the Uber One section of the Uber or Uber Eats app, under Manage Membership. Cancelling just before renewal day can still let a charge through, which Uber refunds automatically.

Cancel on the web

Open the Uber or Uber Eats app and go to the Uber One section of your account.
Select Manage Membership, then End Membership, and confirm.

Billed by someone else — card, phone and membership partners that include Uber One? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Uber One can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. A free trial ends as soon as you cancel it.

Refunds

Once a billing cycle has begun, its charge is generally non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. Cancel less than 24 hours before renewal (48 in some countries) and a charge that still goes through is refunded automatically. Joined by accident? Uber's help pages accept cancellation with a refund within 48 hours for a monthly membership and 45 days for an annual one, subject to eligibility — ask through the in-app help.

Watch out for

A refund processed by Uber Support ends the benefits straight away.
Uber One that came with another membership (a card, a phone plan, Naver Plus) is ended through that partner's rules.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Uber One in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
