How to cancel Adobe Creative Cloud
Adobe plans are cancelled at account.adobe.com/plans — but the common annual plan billed monthly charges a fee if you leave after the first 14 days.
Checked in October 2026 against Adobe Creative Cloud’s own help pages. Adobe Creative Cloud typically costs about €65.49 a month (€785.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.
- Select Manage plan on the plan you want to end.
- Choose Cancel your plan, give a reason and go past the retention offers.
- Confirm, and keep the confirmation.

What happens after you cancel
On an annual plan billed monthly, the service runs to the end of that month's billing period. On an annual prepaid plan, it runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Refunds
Within 14 days of the first purchase, most plans are refunded in full. After that, an annual plan billed monthly charges 50% of what's left of the year's commitment, on your next bill; an annual prepaid plan isn't refunded.
Watch out for
- Check which plan you're on before cancelling: “annual, billed monthly” is a 12-month contract, not a monthly plan.
- Cancelling is greyed out while a payment is processing or has failed — try again 24 hours later.
- Cancelling near the end of the contract year (when it renews) avoids most of the fee.
Cheaper than cancelling?
- Switching to a single-app plan, or to the monthly plan at renewal, can cost less than leaving.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Adobe Creative Cloud in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
