How to cancel Bloomberg

Checked in October 2026 against Bloomberg’s own help pages. Bloomberg typically costs about €34.99 a month (€419.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in on bloomberg.com and open the Subscription tab.
  2. Choose cancel.
  3. Can't sign in? Use the chat bubble on the site or email contactus@bloombergsupport.com.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Bloomberg app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Bloomberg, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Bloomberg, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellations are confirmed the same business day and take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Monthly plans aren't refunded but access continues for the rest of the period. Annual plans generally carry no prorated refund. A Businessweek print subscription is refunded for the unmailed copies.

Watch out for

  • To avoid the full-price charge after an introductory offer, cancel 48 hours before it ends. Offers through a third party are cancelled with that third party.
  • Signed up through Google Play? Email contactus@bloombergsupport.com to cancel.
  • Businessweek print: cancel through Customer Care or the Contact Customer Service form.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Bloomberg in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
