How to cancel Deliveroo Plus

Deliveroo Plus is cancelled under Account → Deliveroo Plus in the app or on the website, before the end of the billing cycle.

Cancel on the web

Open the Deliveroo app or website and go to Account.
Select Deliveroo Plus and cancel the subscription.
Or contact Deliveroo Customer Care.

Billed by someone else — Amazon Prime? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Deliveroo Plus can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Plus benefits continue until the end of the current subscription period. Cancelling a free trial ends the benefits immediately.

Refunds

A full refund within the first 14 days of a paid period; after that, no refund for a change of mind.

Watch out for

Plus Silver that comes with Amazon Prime ends if you cancel it, and you'd have to sign up again.
Steps differ by country — some countries handle cancellations through customer support.

Make sure the charge really stops
