How to cancel Glovo Prime

Glovo Prime is cancelled in the Profile section of the Glovo app or website, at least two business days before it renews.

Checked in October 2026 against Glovo Prime’s own help pages. Glovo Prime typically costs about €5.99 a month (€71.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Open the Glovo app (or website) and go to Profile.
Open Glovo Prime and cancel the subscription.

What happens after you cancel

Prime benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

The current period isn't refunded after you cancel.

Watch out for

Cancel at least two business days before the renewal date, or the next month may still be charged.
Terms and plans differ by country — check the Prime screen in your app for your renewal date.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Glovo Prime in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
