How to cancel Revolut Metal

Revolut Metal is downgraded in the app: profile → Your plan → See plans → a lower plan. Depending on your terms, leaving early can cost a break fee.

Cancel on the web

Open the Revolut app and tap your profile.
Go to Your plan → See plans and choose a lower plan.
Check the fee shown in the app, then confirm.

What happens after you cancel

The downgrade generally takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you've paid for, and you keep Metal's features until then.

Refunds

Under the published terms: within 14 days you pay mainly for the Metal card itself plus delivery; after 14 days and within 10 months monthly payers pay the month plus a break fee of two months' subscription; after 10 months, only the month. Annual payers get no refund but no break fee.

Watch out for

Fees and windows differ by country and terms version (for example a break fee of S$40 in Singapore) — read the Paid Plan Terms for yours.
Revolut may limit upgrades and downgrades to once in 12 months.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Revolut Metal in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
