How to cancel Snapchat+
Snapchat+ is cancelled where you bought it: App Store, Google Play, or Accounts → My Subscription on snapchat.com for web subscriptions.
Checked in October 2026 against Snapchat+’s own help pages. Snapchat+ typically costs about €3.99 a month (€47.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- iPhone: cancel in your App Store subscriptions.
- Android: cancel in your Google Play subscriptions.
- Web: sign in on snapchat.com → Accounts → My Subscription, and cancel.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the Snapchat+ app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Snapchat+, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Snapchat+, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
Billed by someone else — phone carriers? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Snapchat+ can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.
What happens after you cancel
A web subscription keeps working until the paid period ends, then stops renewing.
Refunds
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by those stores, not by Snapchat. US web subscriptions aren't refunded for unused time. In the EU and UK, cancelling a web subscription within 14 days of a charge gives a pro-rated refund — and ends access straight away.
Watch out for
- On an iOS free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Got Snapchat+ through a phone carrier? Cancel with them.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Snapchat+ in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
