What happens after you cancel
Following any cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration until you cancel.
Refunds
There are no refunds for cancellation. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day refund period, which ends when you start using the digital content.
Watch out for
- Its terms don't list the steps themselves — they're on the Help Center page.
- A suspended or terminated account gets no refund for unused time.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track The Information in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
