How to cancel Adobe Acrobat Pro
Acrobat Pro is cancelled at account.adobe.com/plans — but on the common annual plan billed monthly, leaving after the first 14 days costs 50% of what's left of the contract.
Checked in October 2026 against Adobe Acrobat Pro’s own help pages. Adobe Acrobat Pro typically costs about €19.99 a month (€239.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans as the account holder.
- Select Manage plan next to Acrobat Pro, then Cancel your plan.
- Go past the offers and confirm.
Open account.adobe.com/plans ↗
What happens after you cancel
Check the cancellation email and your plans page to see when access ends and whether a fee was charged.
Refunds
Cancel within 14 days of the first order for a full refund. After that, an annual plan billed monthly charges 50% of the remaining contract balance; a prepaid annual plan isn't refunded.
Watch out for
- Check your plan type first — a month-to-month plan has no cancellation fee, an annual plan billed monthly does.
- Cancelling close to the contract's renewal date keeps the fee small.
- Only the account holder can cancel.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Adobe Acrobat Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
