How to cancel Adobe Express

Adobe Express Premium bought from Adobe is cancelled in your Adobe account under Plans and payment → Manage plan. Through Apple, Google Play or Samsung, cancel there.

Checked in October 2026 against Adobe Express’s own help pages. Adobe Express typically costs about €11.99 a month (€143.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in to your Adobe account and open Plans and payment.
Select Manage plan for Adobe Express, then cancel the plan.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Adobe Express. Android: cancel in Google Play with the same Google account. Samsung: cancel in the Galaxy Store.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Adobe Express app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Adobe Express, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Adobe Express, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — the Samsung Galaxy Store? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Adobe Express can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

A Google Play purchase can be refunded through Google Play within 48 hours; after that contact Adobe Support.

Watch out for

Cancelling is blocked while a payment is processing or has failed — wait 24 hours and try again.
Each Adobe plan is cancelled separately.
Uninstalling the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Adobe Express in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
