How to cancel Alo Moves
Alo Moves can be cancelled at any time from your membership settings on the Alo Wellness Club site. Cancelling ends access to your account history and training plans.

- Sign in and open your membership settings on the Wellness Club site.
- Use the link there to cancel your account.
- If it doesn't work, contact support@alomoves.com or 323-321-6334.

What happens after you cancel
You lose access to your account history and any training plans you enrolled in on the effective date of cancellation.
Watch out for
- Alo Moves' terms don't say whether cancelling stops a charge mid-billing-period or whether refunds exist — ask support.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Alo Moves in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
