How to cancel Basic-Fit
Basic-Fit is cancelled in My Basic-Fit, the app or the kiosk at your club — but a yearly membership runs its full 52 weeks first, and every membership has a notice period on top.
Checked in October 2026 against Basic-Fit’s own help pages. Basic-Fit typically costs about €29.99 a month (€359.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Sign in to My Basic-Fit on the website or in the Basic-Fit app (or use the self-service kiosk at your club).
- Find your membership and choose to cancel it.
- Note the end date shown: direct debits continue until then.
- Can't do it online? Email or post a cancellation with your full name, member number and home club.
What happens after you cancel
Your membership, and its direct debits, run until the end of the minimum term or the notice period, whichever is later; you can train until then. You can undo the cancellation in My Basic-Fit before that date.
Watch out for
- A yearly membership has a minimum paid term of 52 weeks; after that it continues every four weeks and can be cancelled with four weeks' notice.
- Flex memberships cost more but can be cancelled at any time, with notice — four weeks in most countries' terms, shorter in some.
- The terms differ by country; check your own contract's end date in My Basic-Fit before your next billing date.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Basic-Fit in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
