How to cancel Apple Fitness+

Apple Fitness+ is cancelled in the Fitness app (profile picture → your account → Apple Fitness+) or in your Apple subscriptions. On Apple One Premier, it's part of the bundle.

Checked in October 2026 against Apple Fitness+’s own help pages. Apple Fitness+ typically costs about €9.99 a month (€119.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

iPhone: Fitness app → Summary → your profile picture → your account name → Apple Fitness+, then follow the steps to cancel.
iPad: Fitness app → your profile picture → your account name → Apple Fitness+.
Apple TV 4K: Settings → Profiles and Accounts → your profile → Subscriptions.
Or anywhere: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on an iPhone, or account.apple.com.

What happens after you cancel

If there's no Cancel button or you see an expiration date in red, it's already cancelled.

Watch out for

Got it with Apple One Premier? Cancelling means changing or cancelling Apple One.
On a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Apple Fitness+ in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
