How to cancel Apple One

Apple One is cancelled like any Apple subscription: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on an iPhone, or account.apple.com. Check your iCloud storage first.

Checked in October 2026 against Apple One’s own help pages. Apple One typically costs about €19.95 a month (€239.40 a year).

Cancel on the web

iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Apple One → Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll).
Mac: App Store → your account → Subscriptions → Apple One → Cancel Subscription.
Web or Android: sign in at account.apple.com and cancel under Subscriptions.
Windows: Apple Music or Apple TV app → your account → Manage next to Subscriptions → Edit → Cancel Subscription.

What happens after you cancel

If there's no Cancel button, or the plan shows an expiration date in red, it's already cancelled.

Watch out for

Apple One includes iCloud+ storage. If you store more than the free 5 GB, download or delete enough first, or iCloud stops syncing and backing up.
Individual Apple Music, TV+ or Arcade subscriptions you had before were cancelled when Apple One started — they don't come back by themselves.
Cancelling a free trial? Do it at least 24 hours before it ends.
Can't find it? Search your email for an Apple receipt to see which Apple Account pays.

Cheaper than cancelling?

Use only one or two of the services? Subscribing to them separately can cost less.
Paying for Apple One and a separate iCloud+ plan? Cancel the separate plan if Apple One's storage is enough.
Apple One Family covers up to 6 people for about €25.95 a month.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Apple One in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
