How to cancel Bitdefender Total Security
Bitdefender Total Security is stopped by turning off auto-renewal in Bitdefender Central. A purchase or an automatic renewal can be refunded within 30 days.

- Sign in to Bitdefender Central and open My Subscriptions.
- Choose the product and turn off automatic renewal, then confirm.
- Can't find the option? Email cancel@bitdefender.com.
What happens after you cancel
Protection continues until the subscription expires.
Refunds
Email refunds@bitdefender.com within 30 days of the initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.
Watch out for
- Turning off auto-renewal doesn't refund a renewal that has already been charged — ask for that separately within the 30 days.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Bitdefender Total Security in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
