How to cancel Calendly

Calendly has no cancel button: you switch to the Free plan in Admin Center → Billing, and it takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Checked in October 2026 against Calendly’s own help pages. Calendly typically costs about €10 a month (€120 a year).

Cancel on the web

Open the Admin Center → Billing.
Select Change plan → Upgrade/Downgrade.
Choose the Free plan and confirm.

What happens after you cancel

Paid features last until the end of the billing cycle. Booked events stay.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable; support can review special cases.

Watch out for

Changed your mind? Cancel the downgrade from the banner in Settings → Billing.
Deleting your account is separate and permanent.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Calendly in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
