How to cancel Clue Plus

Clue Plus is cancelled with whoever processed your payment — Apple, Google Play, or Paddle for website purchases. Deleting the app or your Clue account doesn't cancel it.

Checked in October 2026 against Clue Plus’s own help pages. Clue Plus typically costs about €9.99 a month (€119.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Clue → Cancel Subscription (Clue can't do it for you).
  2. Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Clue → cancel. No Clue listed? You may be signed in to a different Google account.
  3. Bought on helloclue.com: contact Paddle at help@paddle.com or through its chatbot.
  4. Paid with an HSA/FSA card: contact Flex at support@withflex.com.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Clue Plus app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Clue Plus, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Clue Plus, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Paddle and Flex? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Clue Plus can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the paid period ends and your data stays intact.

Watch out for

  • A subscription bought at a promotional rate renews automatically at the full price.
  • Wearable bundles and trials go through Paddle too; cancel before the trial ends and you aren't charged.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Clue Plus in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
