How to cancel Craft
Craft bought directly is cancelled under Settings → My Subscription → Billing & Subscription, with the Cancel button named for your plan. Only the subscription owner sees it.
Checked in October 2026 against Craft’s own help pages. Craft typically costs about €5 a month (€60 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Open Settings → My Subscription (My Subscriptions on the web).
- Go to Billing & Subscription and select the cancel button, e.g. Cancel Plus Subscription.
- Bought through the App Store? Cancel with Apple. Through Setapp? Manage it at my.setapp.com.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the Craft app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Craft, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Craft, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
Billed by someone else — Setapp? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Craft can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.
What happens after you cancel
Your Plus features continue until the end of the current billing period, then the account moves to the free plan. Your documents aren't deleted.
Watch out for
- There's no downgrade button: cancel, wait for the period to end, then subscribe to the cheaper plan. Subscribing earlier can leave you with two subscriptions.
- No cancel button or wrong account? Email support@craft.do.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Craft in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
