How to cancel Cronometer Gold

Cronometer Gold is cancelled on the web in More → Account → Subscriptions with Do Not Auto-Renew. iPhone and Android subscriptions are cancelled in the store.

Checked in October 2026 against Cronometer Gold’s own help pages. Cronometer Gold typically costs about €10.99 a month (€131.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Web: open the More tab → Account, scroll to Subscriptions and choose Do Not Auto-Renew from the drop-down.
iPhone: cancel under your Apple ID's subscriptions (Media and Purchases).
Android: Google Play → profile menu → Payments & subscriptions.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Cronometer Gold app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Cronometer Gold, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Cronometer Gold, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep the same access until then.

Refunds

Cancelling after the seven-day cancellation period, or after using the service, generally makes you ineligible for a refund. Ask support@cronometer.com.

Watch out for

The terms also allow cancelling by email to support@cronometer.com.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Cronometer Gold in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
