How to cancel DAZN

DAZN is cancelled under My Account — but the popular “annual, pay monthly” plan is a 12-month contract you can only end at the end of the year.

Checked in October 2026 against DAZN’s own help pages. DAZN typically costs about €24.99 a month (€299.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Sign in on dazn.com and open My Account from the profile icon.
Select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
Pick a reason and confirm with your password.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the DAZN app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap DAZN, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap DAZN, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Roku and Amazon? Cancel in that account, or ask them: DAZN can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling sets an end date: you keep DAZN until then. On a monthly plan that's the end of the month; on an annual plan paid monthly, payments continue to the end of the 12 months.

Watch out for

Check your plan before cancelling: if it's annual paid monthly, cancelling only stops it renewing after the 12 months.
Signed up through Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon? DAZN can't cancel those — use that platform.

Cheaper than cancelling?

Pause for up to 180 days between seasons instead of cancelling.
On an annual plan, a move to a lower tier has to be asked for in the last 90 days of the year.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track DAZN in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
