How to cancel DeepL Pro

DeepL Pro bought from DeepL is cancelled in your account's Subscription section, at least a day before the next payment.

Checked in October 2026 against DeepL Pro’s own help pages. DeepL Pro typically costs about €8.99 a month (€107.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Log in to your DeepL account and open the Subscription section.
Select the subscription and click Cancel subscription.
Wait for the status to change to Canceled.

Billed by someone else — DeepL's reseller partners? Cancel in that account, or ask them: DeepL Pro can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. You get an email when the termination date arrives.

Refunds

No credit for ending a subscription before the period is over. Refunds generally cover cancellation during the free trial or within the 14-day right of withdrawal; support chat checks your eligibility.

Watch out for

Bought through a DeepL partner? Contact that partner — DeepL can't cancel it.
Cancelling the base subscription also cancels its add-ons; add-ons can be cancelled on their own.
No cancel button for a subscription you bought from DeepL? Contact DeepL Support from inside your account.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track DeepL Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
