How to cancel Docker Pro
Docker Pro is cancelled in Docker Home → Billing → the plan's action menu → Cancel plan. The account goes back to Docker Personal.
Checked in October 2026 against Docker Pro’s own help pages. Docker Pro typically costs about €11 a month (€132 a year).
Cancel on the web
- In Docker Home open Billing.
- Under Active plans open the plan's action menu and choose Cancel plan.
- Finish the feedback survey.
What happens after you cancel
You keep paid features until the end of the billing cycle. Unused time isn't refunded, and you can't pause or delay a plan.
Watch out for
- Going from Pro to Personal removes all private-repository collaborators and locks extra private repositories.
- Billing periods are calculated in UTC, so cancelling late in your local day can push the change a day later.
- A sales-assisted Business plan is cancelled through your account manager.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Docker Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.

Menus change. If a step doesn’t match what you see, the source pages above have Docker Pro’s current wording — and tell us at support@cancely.kreativnikliker.com so we can fix it. Cancely isn’t affiliated with Docker Pro.
