How to cancel ElevenLabs

An ElevenLabs plan bought on the website is cancelled under Subscription → Billing → Modify Plan. App Store and Google Play plans are cancelled in the store.

Checked in October 2026 against ElevenLabs’s own help pages. ElevenLabs typically costs about €5 a month (€60 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in to ElevenLabs and open Subscription → Billing.
  2. Select Modify Plan and cancel.
  3. Changed your mind? Select Resume subscription before the cycle ends.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the ElevenLabs app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap ElevenLabs, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap ElevenLabs, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle; the account then moves to the free plan and unused credits are forfeited.

Refunds

A refund is possible if you ask within 14 days of payment and used none of the period's credit quota — email team@elevenlabs.io from your account address. The terms otherwise say fees already paid aren't refunded, at ElevenLabs' sole discretion.

Watch out for

  • ElevenLabs can't cancel app-store subscriptions, and refunds for them go through Apple or Google.
  • ElevenReader is a separate subscription with its own cancellation steps.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track ElevenLabs in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
