How to cancel Epidemic Sound
Epidemic Sound is cancelled on the website — the app can't do it: Account → Subscriptions → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on the web
- Log in on the Epidemic Sound website in a desktop browser and open your Account page.
- Click Subscriptions, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
- Give a reason and confirm.
What happens after you cancel
Access to the catalogue lasts until the end of your billing cycle. Videos published while you were subscribed stay cleared for monetization.
Refunds
Charges made before cancelling aren't refunded, and there are no prorated refunds on monthly or yearly plans.
Watch out for
- A free trial renews automatically if you don't cancel before it ends.
- Annual plans are paid upfront after the trial and renew until cancelled.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Epidemic Sound in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
