How to cancel Fantastical

Checked in October 2026 against Fantastical’s own help pages. Fantastical typically costs about €4.99 a month (€59.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in to your Flexibits Account and open the Billing tab.
  2. Stop the subscription so no future charges occur.
  3. Subscribed through the App Store? Cancel in your App Store subscriptions.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Fantastical app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Fantastical, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Fantastical, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the next billing date.

Refunds

Charges already billed are your responsibility and can't be refunded.

Watch out for

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the 14-day free trial ends or it renews.
  • Deleting your Flexibits Account also removes your subscription purchases.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Fantastical in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
