How to cancel Filmin

Filmin is cancelled on its website under Configuración → Suscripciones y tickets → Gestionar Suscripción → Cancelar renovación. Through Apple, Google, Amazon or a telecom operator, cancel there.

Checked in October 2026 against Filmin’s own help pages. Filmin typically costs about €7.99 a month (€95.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in on Filmin's website and open Configuración → Suscripciones y tickets.
  2. Select Gestionar Suscripción, then Cancelar renovación.
  3. Subscribed through Apple, Google Play or Amazon: cancel in that platform's subscription settings.
  4. Through Orange or Vodafone: the subscription is paid and managed with the operator, so contact them.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Filmin app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Filmin, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Filmin, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Orange, Vodafone and SomConnexió? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Filmin can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Cancelling the renewal doesn't cut access: the content stays available until the end of the period already paid. You can resubscribe by signing in again.

Watch out for

  • Via SomConnexió there's a one-year commitment: tell SomConnexió, and also cancel your subscription on Filmin.
  • Promotional codes such as Parlem's carry no lock-in period.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Filmin in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
