How to cancel Fitbit Premium

Fitbit Premium (now also called Google Health Premium) is cancelled where you bought it: the Google Store, the app's store subscription page, or fitbit.com.

Checked in October 2026 against Fitbit Premium’s own help pages. Fitbit Premium typically costs about €8.99 a month (€107.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Bought in the Fitbit app: profile → Fitbit Settings → Fitbit Premium → cancel, which opens your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Bought on the Google Store: Your subscriptions → Fitbit Premium → cancel and confirm.
Bought on fitbit.com: My Account → My Subscriptions → expand the subscription → cancel.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Fitbit Premium app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Fitbit Premium, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Fitbit Premium, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Premium ends at the end of the current monthly or yearly term.

Watch out for

Still signing in with a Fitbit username and password? You need a Google account to manage or cancel the subscription.
Don't see the subscription in the app? Try restoring the purchase first.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Fitbit Premium in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
