How to cancel Flo Premium

Flo Premium is cancelled where you bought it: App Store, Google Play, or — for website purchases — the Subscription Hub in the Flo app.

Checked in October 2026 against Flo Premium’s own help pages. Flo Premium typically costs about €11.99 a month (€143.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Bought on the website: open Flo → your Profile icon → Subscription Hub, or the Subscriptions section on the website.
iPhone: your Apple subscriptions → Flo → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Flo → Cancel.
Can't find it anywhere? Contact Flo with your account email and receipt.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Flo Premium app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Flo Premium, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Flo Premium, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Premium stays until the end of the current period. Your data isn't deleted and the free version keeps working.

Refunds

Cancelling doesn't refund a charge that already went through — request that separately.

Watch out for

Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Flo Premium in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
