How to cancel Fortnite Crew

Fortnite Crew is cancelled on the platform you bought it on: your Epic account or the Passes tab in the game, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch or the App Store.

Checked in October 2026 against Fortnite Crew’s own help pages. Fortnite Crew typically costs about €11.99 a month (€143.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Bought from Epic: cancel on the Subscriptions page of your Epic account, in the game's Passes tab, or in the Epic Games Store app.
Xbox: account.microsoft.com → Services & subscriptions → turn off recurring billing.
PlayStation: Subscriptions Management → Turn Off Auto-Renew.
Switch or iPhone: cancel in that platform's subscriptions.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Fortnite Crew app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Fortnite Crew, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Fortnite Crew, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Fortnite Crew can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Crew benefits continue to the end of the current billing period, and you aren't charged for the next month.

Refunds

Fortnite Crew can't be refunded.

Watch out for

On Xbox, choose turning off recurring billing — “Cancel now and get a refund” can remove the Crew items and V-Bucks.
Not sure where you subscribed? Check Subscriptions in your Epic account or your card statement.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Fortnite Crew in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
