How to cancel Framer

A Framer site plan is cancelled in workspace settings → Plans: the three-dot menu next to the site → Cancel Plan. Editor seats end when the last site plan is cancelled.

Checked in October 2026 against Framer’s own help pages. Framer typically costs about €15 a month (€180 a year).

Cancel on the web

Open your workspace settings and go to the Plans tab.
Click the three-dot menu next to the site and choose Cancel Plan.
Give feedback and confirm.

What happens after you cancel

Benefits continue until the end of the billing period. Cancel every site in the workspace and the editor subscription ends at the close of that cycle.

Refunds

No refund for unused time. Exceptions: cancel within 7 days of the first purchase, or within 14 days if you live in the EU or Turkey — ask through Framer's Contact page.

Watch out for

A site plan with an add-on keeps both until the end of the period, then both end, with no credit for either.
If you subscribed before 9 October 2025, switching, cancelling or resubscribing charges you by the current pricing page.
Cancel subscriptions before deleting your account.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Framer in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
