How to cancel Freeletics
Freeletics bought on its website is cancelled in the Plan tab; app store subscriptions are cancelled in the store. A refund is only possible in the first 14 days.
Checked in October 2026 against Freeletics’s own help pages. Freeletics typically costs about €79.99 a year.
Cancel on the web
- Website: log in, open the Plan tab, select the subscription and choose to cancel the renewal.
- Check your email for the confirmation — no email means the cancellation didn't go through (look in spam first).
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Cancel in that store.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the Freeletics app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Freeletics, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Freeletics, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
What happens after you cancel
Recurring payments stop, and you keep Coach access for the rest of the current period.
Refunds
Only within 14 days of the first purchase, and cancelling doesn't start it — contact Customer Support separately.
Watch out for
- Each subscription must be cancelled individually.
- The terms also allow cancelling by email to support@freeletics.com or by post.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Freeletics in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
