How to cancel Garmin Connect+

Garmin Connect+ bought from Garmin is cancelled by signing in to your Garmin account and following the cancellation steps. Bought in an app store, cancel there.

Checked in October 2026 against Garmin Connect+’s own help pages. Garmin Connect+ typically costs about €8.99 a month (€107.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in to your Garmin account and open your subscriptions.
  2. Follow the cancellation instructions for Connect+.
  3. Can't sign in? Email GarminServicesBilling@garmin.com with your account email and billing address (allow 2+ business days).

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Garmin Connect+ app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Garmin Connect+, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Garmin Connect+, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

Check your account afterwards to confirm the subscription shows as cancelled.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. In the EU you can withdraw within 14 days without a reason. App store purchases follow the store's policy.

Watch out for

  • If the cancel button doesn't work, contact Garmin's Product Support for your country.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Garmin Connect+ in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
