How to cancel Google AI Pro

Google AI Pro is a Google One plan: cancel it in Google One settings, reached from gemini.google.com or the Google One app. Paid through the App Store? Cancel with Apple.

Checked in October 2026 against Google AI Pro’s own help pages. Google AI Pro typically costs about €21.99 a month (€263.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

On gemini.google.com open Settings & help → Manage subscription, which opens Google One settings.
Or open one.google.com (or the Google One app) → Settings.
Select Cancel membership and confirm.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Google AI Pro app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Google AI Pro, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Google AI Pro, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

What happens after you cancel

When the plan ends you lose Gemini Pro features, the extra storage and the other plan benefits. Your Photos, Drive and Gmail content isn't deleted.

Watch out for

Family members sharing the plan lose its benefits too.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Google AI Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
