How to cancel Hostinger
Hostinger is cancelled by turning off auto-renewal under Billing → Subscriptions. A 30-day money-back guarantee covers most hosting plans, but a refund deletes your data immediately.
Checked in October 2026 against Hostinger’s own help pages. Hostinger typically costs about €47.88 a year.
Cancel on the web
- Open Billing → Subscriptions in your Hostinger dashboard.
- Turn off auto-renewal for the service.
- Want your money back? In the paid invoices area click Refund — if no Refund button appears, the service isn't refundable.
What happens after you cancel
Without a refund, the service stays active until its expiration date, then is automatically cancelled and deleted from your account. Turning off auto-renewal doesn't reverse charges already processed.
Refunds
Most web, cloud and KVM VPS plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee (not for crypto payments). New .com/.net/.org registrations are refundable within 96 hours; domain renewals, GPU hosting and Hostinger Credits generally aren't. PayPal refunds take 2–3 business days, cards 5–9.
Watch out for
- A refund request can't be reversed and the service is terminated as soon as it's processed — download your files, databases and emails first.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Hostinger in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
