How to cancel Icedrive

Icedrive is cancelled in your dashboard: avatar menu → Settings → Subscription tab → Cancel Subscription. The plan stays until its renewal date.

Cancel on the web

Sign in to Icedrive and open the avatar menu → Settings.
Go to the Subscription tab and click Cancel Subscription.

What happens after you cancel

Future payments stop and the account stays on the paid plan until the stated renewal date, then goes to the free tier. Data stays in an inactive account for 20 days under the Terms of Service.

Refunds

Icedrive's support centre promises a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase via a support ticket; its Terms of Service say subscription payments generally aren't refunded, though unused prepaid months can be requested. Crypto payments can't be refunded.

Watch out for

The refund pages disagree — if you're within 14 days, ask support anyway.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Icedrive in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
