How to cancel IDAGIO
IDAGIO bought on the website or desktop app is cancelled in Account Settings → Cancel Subscription. Apple and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store.
Checked in October 2026 against IDAGIO’s own help pages. IDAGIO typically costs about €9.99 a month (€119.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Subscribed on idagio.com or the desktop app: open Account Settings and select Cancel Subscription.
- Apple: cancel in your iTunes or Apple ID subscriptions.
- Android: cancel in the Google Play Store.
- Stuck? Write to contact@idagio.com.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the IDAGIO app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap IDAGIO, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap IDAGIO, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
What happens after you cancel
You become an IDAGIO Free user. Your six newest playlists and albums stay in your Free Collection; everything else is saved but unavailable until you resubscribe. Offline and ad-free listening go.
Watch out for
- Cancel on the same platform you signed up on.
- Cancel a free trial before it ends and you won't be charged.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track IDAGIO in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
