Cancel on the web

Log in to your JetBrains Account and find the subscription.
Click Cancel subscription and confirm in the dialog.
Company licence? Cancel in JetBrains Central Console → Licenses → Pay → Stop payments.

What happens after you cancel

Access continues until the billing period ends and the plan doesn't renew.

Refunds

Cancelling doesn't refund by itself. Requests are allowed within 7 days of purchase for monthly and 30 days for annual subscriptions. AI subscriptions and AI credits are non-refundable.

Watch out for

If the subscription expires, you lose any continuity discount and pay full price when you renew later.
