How to cancel Kaspersky Plus

Kaspersky Plus bought through My Kaspersky is cancelled in the Subscriptions tab. Bought from a reseller, it's cancelled with the reseller.

Checked in October 2026 against Kaspersky Plus’s own help pages. Kaspersky Plus typically costs about €49.99 a year.

Cancel on the web

Sign in to My Kaspersky and open the Subscriptions tab.
Select the subscription, then Manage subscription → Cancel subscription.
Ordered through Digital River? Use the order number and password from your confirmation email on its order-lookup page and select Cancel.

Billed by someone else — resellers such as Digital River? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Kaspersky Plus can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

The subscription ends when the period you've paid for runs out.

Refunds

Cancelling only stops the next payment. A refund is typically possible within 30 days of the payment — have the order number, purchase date and email ready; money arrives 5–7 business days after approval.

Watch out for

Removing the subscription from your account does not cancel it.
Not sure who sold it to you? The order number or your card statement shows the payment provider.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Kaspersky Plus in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
