How to cancel Le Chat Pro

Le Chat Pro — now called Vibe Pro — is cancelled on Mistral's website by moving to the Free plan in the Admin panel. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled there.

Checked in October 2026 against Le Chat Pro’s own help pages. Le Chat Pro typically costs about €14.99 a month (€179.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Open Subscriptions in the Admin panel and go to the Subscription tab.
Choose to downgrade to Free and confirm; a confirmation email follows.
iOS or Android: cancel in the App Store or Google Play.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Le Chat Pro app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Le Chat Pro, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Le Chat Pro, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Free Mobile, Orange and NJU? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Le Chat Pro can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

The plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then returns to Free. Before then you can select Resume subscription to undo it.

Refunds

Cancel within 14 days of the first purchase and the cancellation is immediate with an automatic refund; after that, cancelling doesn't refund. Store purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.

Watch out for

On a mobile-carrier offer (Free Mobile, Orange, NJU)? Manage it with the carrier — the Orange and NJU offers include 6 months free and end by themselves.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Le Chat Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
