How to cancel Lifesum
Lifesum Premium is cancelled on the platform you bought it on — App Store, Google Play, Galaxy Store, lifesum.com or Paddle. Lifesum can't cancel it for you.
Checked in October 2026 against Lifesum’s own help pages. Lifesum typically costs about €47.99 a year.
Cancel on the web
- Bought on lifesum.com: sign in → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription.
- Receipt from Paddle? Find the purchase at paddle.net with your purchase email and cancel it.
- Samsung Galaxy Store: menu → Subscriptions → Lifesum → Unsubscribe.
- App Store or Google Play: cancel in your subscriptions there.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the Lifesum app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Lifesum, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Lifesum, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
Billed by someone else — Paddle and the Samsung Galaxy Store? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Lifesum can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.
What happens after you cancel
Premium stays until the end of the paid period, then doesn't renew.
Refunds
Apple purchases are refunded only by Apple — ask within 14 days of purchase.
Watch out for
- Cancel at least three days before renewal so it's processed in time.
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn't stop billing.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Lifesum in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
