How to cancel Movistar Plus+
Movistar Plus+ on the Planes Libres is cancelled from your Área Cliente at any time, with no penalty and no lock-in. A miMovistar pack follows the pack's own terms.

- Sign in to your Área Cliente on the Movistar Plus+ site.
- Cancel the Plan Libre there — it has no lock-in period and no penalty.

- Bought as part of a miMovistar pack? Cancelling depends on the pack you signed — manage it through Mi Movistar.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Movistar Plus+ in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
