How to cancel Netlify Pro
A Netlify paid team plan is downgraded by the Team Owner under Usage & billing → Plan details → Change team plan. The new plan starts with the next billing cycle.
Checked in October 2026 against Netlify Pro’s own help pages. Netlify Pro typically costs about €19 a month (€228 a year).
Cancel on the web
- As a Team Owner open Usage & billing → Plan details.
- Select Change team plan and choose the new plan.
What happens after you cancel
The new plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and you keep your current features until then.
Watch out for
- Unused monthly credits, rollover credits included, are removed when the downgrade takes effect; credits from credit packs and auto recharge stay.
- Moving from a legacy plan to a credit-based plan is permanent — you can't return to the legacy plan.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Netlify Pro in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
