How to cancel Noom
Noom is cancelled in the app (profile → Settings → Manage Subscription) or in the web Subscription Portal. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
Checked in October 2026 against Noom’s own help pages. Noom typically costs about €70 a month (€840 a year).
Cancel on the web
- In the app: tap your profile picture (top left) → Settings → Manage Subscription, and follow the prompts.
- On the web: sign in to the Noom Subscription Portal and select Cancel Subscription.
- Joined through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the Noom app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Noom, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap Noom, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
What happens after you cancel
The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
An initial charge can be refunded if you contact Noom Support within 14 days of it. Renewal charges aren't refunded, so cancel before the renewal date.
Watch out for
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Noom Med is separate: cancelling sets it to expire, and refills you don't want go by email to noommed@noom.com.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Noom in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
