How to cancel Norton 360

Norton 360 is stopped by cancelling automatic renewal in My Account → My Subscriptions. Annual plans can be refunded within 60 days of purchase or renewal.

Checked in October 2026 against Norton 360’s own help pages. Norton 360 typically costs about €99.99 a year.

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in to your Norton account and open My Subscriptions on the My Account page.
  2. Select Cancel Subscription Renewal (or Manage Renewal), then Unsubscribe next to Plan Renewal.
  3. Pick a reason, then choose “No thanks, cancel my subscription” past the offers.
  4. Allow up to 24 hours for the change to show.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Norton 360 app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Norton 360, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Norton 360, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — the Microsoft Store? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Norton 360 can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

Protection continues until the end of the term you've paid for; the subscription then ends and isn't charged again.

Refunds

In the US, an annual purchase or annual renewal is fully refundable if requested within 60 days; a monthly plan within 14 days of purchase. Cancelling renewal doesn't refund on its own — request it through Norton's cancellation and refund page or Member Services.

Watch out for

  • Bought in the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store? Cancel there.
  • Policies differ by country — some give a pro-rated refund after 60 days.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Norton 360 in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
