How to cancel Oura membership

Oura Membership is cancelled in the Oura app (Settings → Account → Manage membership) or in Membership Hub. The ring keeps working with fewer features.

Cancel on the web

In the Oura app open the menu → Settings → Account → Manage membership.
Or sign in to Membership Hub on the web.
Cancel, then check that the membership shows as cancelled.

What happens after you cancel

You keep full access until the current billing period ends. Without a membership you still get your Sleep, Readiness and Activity scores, and your data stays saved unless you delete the account.

Refunds

Cancelling doesn't refund the current period; prepaid and annual plans aren't partly refunded. Cancel before the free month ends and you aren't charged.

Watch out for

Cancel at least a day before the renewal date.
Returning a ring bought from a retailer doesn't cancel the membership — cancel it yourself.
Deleting your account is permanent and also removes a Lifetime Membership tied to it.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Oura membership in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
