Cancel on the web
- Sign in to your Parallels account and open the product's active subscriptions.
- Select the subscription and check the Subscription Renewal field in the Status box.
- Click Manage Subscription to turn auto-renewal off.
- Mac App Store: App Store → Account Settings → Manage → Edit → Cancel Subscription.
Open Parallels KB: Manage auto-renewal ↗
What happens after you cancel
Turning auto-renewal off doesn't end access early — you can use Parallels Desktop until the licence expires.
Watch out for
- No Cancel Subscription button in the App Store means it's already cancelled.
- Business subscriptions are managed in the business account with the Turn Off button in the Status box.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track Parallels Desktop in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
