How to cancel pCloud
pCloud Premium paid by card or PayPal is cancelled at my.pcloud.com under your avatar → Manage Subscription → Cancel. App store subscriptions are cancelled there.
Checked in October 2026 against pCloud’s own help pages. pCloud typically costs about €4.99 a month (€59.88 a year).
Cancel on the web
- Sign in at my.pcloud.com and open your account avatar.
- Select Manage Subscription and click Cancel.
- Bought in the App Store or Google Play? Cancel in that store.
Subscribed in the app?
If you signed up inside the pCloud app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.
On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap pCloud, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.
Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.
On Android (billed by Google Play)
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap pCloud, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.
Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.
What happens after you cancel
The cancellation applies to the next billing period and you keep access until the paid period ends. Then the account reverts to the Free Basic plan; your files stay accessible within the free limits.
Refunds
pCloud's terms give no refund for unused days; to ask for one, email support@pcloud.com.
Watch out for
- If you have more files than the free quota, you get a 5-day grace period and the extra files stay in your account for 30 days.
Make sure the charge really stops
Track pCloud in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
