How to cancel Peacock

Peacock is cancelled from Plans & Payments in your account — unless Apple, Google Play, Roku or Amazon bills you, in which case Peacock can't cancel it for you.

Checked in October 2026 against Peacock’s own help pages. Peacock typically costs about €7.99 a month (€95.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

  1. Sign in at peacocktv.com and open your account menu.
  2. Go to Plans & Payments.
  3. Select Cancel Plan and confirm.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Peacock app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

  1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Peacock, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Peacock, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Roku, Amazon and cable/TV bundles? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Peacock can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

The plan stops renewing at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access until then.

Refunds

No refunds or credits for time already paid for, unless required by law.

Watch out for

  • Subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Roku or Amazon? Peacock's own cancel page won't show the subscription — cancel with that platform instead.
  • "Cancel All Subscriptions" also removes any add-ons bought alongside the plan.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Peacock in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
