How to cancel Peloton App

A Peloton App membership is cancelled where it was started: in your Peloton account settings if you joined on onepeloton.com, otherwise with Apple, Google, Roku or Amazon.

Checked in October 2026 against Peloton App’s own help pages. Peloton App typically costs about €12.99 a month (€155.88 a year).

Cancel on the web

Joined on onepeloton.com: sign in and open your membership at onepeloton.com/mymembership, then cancel.
Or call Peloton Member Support on 1-866-679-9129.
Joined in an app store, on Roku, Amazon or through Verizon: cancel on that platform — Peloton redirects you there if you try elsewhere.

Subscribed in the app?

If you signed up inside the Peloton App app on your phone, Apple or Google bills you, and only they can cancel it.

On an iPhone or iPad (billed by Apple)

Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Peloton App, then Cancel Subscription, and confirm.

Not listed there? Apple doesn’t bill you for it — use the steps above. If it’s listed under Expired, it’s already cancelled.

On Android (billed by Google Play)

Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Tap Peloton App, then Cancel subscription, and follow the prompts.

Deleting the app on either phone does not cancel anything.

Billed by someone else — Roku, Amazon and Verizon? Cancel in that account, or ask them: Peloton App can’t end a subscription it doesn’t bill.

What happens after you cancel

You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and it doesn't renew unless you resume it.

Refunds

There's no prorated refund for the rest of the period, except for some Canadian and New York residents under the membership terms.

Watch out for

On a free trial? Cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge.

Make sure the charge really stops

Track Peloton App in Cancely and mark it cancelled: the day before it would have renewed, you get a reminder to check your statement — so a cancellation that didn’t take doesn’t cost you another month.
